Cancellation Policy

We want to make sure our cancellation policy is crystal clear for our valued guests. Here's how it works:


  • Full Refund: If you need to cancel your booking, you'll receive a full refund, but there are a couple of conditions. Your cancellation must occur within 48 hours of booking, and it should be made at least 14 days before your scheduled check-in date.


  • 50% Refund: If your plans change and you need to cancel between 7 and 14 days before your check-in date, you'll receive a 50% refund for all the nights you had reserved.


  • No Refund: Unfortunately, if you cancel within 7 days of your check-in date, we won't be able to provide a refund, and you'll be responsible for the full cost of all the nights you booked.
