House Rules

PLEASE READ. By booking a reservation, you agree to be bound and responsible for compliance with our House Rules. As a short-term rental host, it's our job to look out for our neighbors and do our best to keep problems away from our home. We do not want to have bad guests so we enforce our rules very strictly. If you are not planning to throw a party, you will find our house rules to be very understandable.

1. NO PARTIES - our neighbors are homeowners and they will call the authorities. By booking, you acknowledge that you will keep noise levels to a minimum after 9 PM.
2. TRAVEL PURPOSE AND TRAVEL COMPANIONS - When you book with us, please tell us more about the reason for your travel. Please include your name and the ages of the guest accompanying you.
3. NO SMOKING ON PREMISES- The guest acknowledges that "NO SMOKING" including the use of vape pens and marijuana is subject to a 750$ FEE charged per day of the reservation. Please do not smoke on our property
4. NO PETS - Please do not try to sneak these guys in, we will find out
5. NO ADDITIONAL GUEST OR VISITORS- No additional guests are allowed in the home at any time. Violations of this house rule will result in a cancellation of your reservation and removal of ALL GUEST WITHOUT A REFUND.
6. PARKING- Parking is allowed in the driveway as well as street
7. Any additional guest in our property outside staying guest is a 35$/Night/Per Guest Fee
8. CAMERAS ON PREMISES - Our team monitors our security cameras on the property and alerts us of any violations of rules. If we receive a complaint you may be asked to provide ID to the officers. The cameras are on the outside of the house and also monitor noise level so please keep that in mind.
9. SECURITY DEPOSIT - if you damage anything in the house you will responsible for the cost of the item you damaged
10. LIABILITY FOR COST - if any of the following rules are not which causes us to discount and/or refund an upcoming reservation, you will be liable for the cost.

FYI - The property has 24/7 external security cameras that face the front of the house and the pool area. This video footage is not shared and recorded for liability purposes, protection of the property such as break-ins, injuries of guests, and monitoring our house rules of no pets or unregistered guests. Any attempt to disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and will result in the guest reservation being canceled without a refund. A full deposit will be forfeited for any of the above found. You will be asked to leave the property immediately and your money will not be returned. By booking our home you are agreeing to ALL the rules

Also to note these services will be performed but they will not disturb you as they use the gate for access:
**Trash pickup is on Wednesday, someone will come to push cans on Tuesday
**Lawn service is performed on Thursday

The space
The home has 3 bedrooms total with the ability to sleep 8 guests.

When staying at our home you are guaranteed to relax, unwind & enjoy a great night’s rest. There are a master bedroom featured in this home, with private en-suite bathroom. The bedroom also has a private bathroom. This updated bathroom features a single vanity & a modern shower/tub combo. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, access to the patio & a dedicated workspace including a desk & office chair!

This guest bathroom offers a large spa-like bathroom with a modern shower/tub combo, dual vanities with quartz counter tops with an additional long countertop behind the vanities. This is the perfect place to get ready.

The two other bedrooms both offer 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, lots of room to unpack & walk in closets. Both rooms feature a revitalizing décor that will leave you rested during your stay. All bedrooms within the home have high quality mattresses & luxury linens.

All bathrooms also feature complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hotel quality towels.

Living Space:
When you step into the home you will be greeted by the natural modern living space. From the moment you walk in it feels like a giant exhale allowing you to relax & enjoy your time here. Included in the space is a large & cozy sectional couch with a natural wood entertainment center, accent seating & a smart TV. The plants throughout the house provide a serene feeling as you walk through.

The living room opens into the dining area complete with a modern farmhouse table with seating for up to 6 guests

Through the archway you will find the galley kitchen boasting ample quartz counter space, stainless-steel appliances, a gas stove, a farmhouse sink, & a Keurig coffee machine with complimentary pods. You can mix together any meal you’d like during your stay with all the cookware, dishes, utensil & glasses needed.

Outside:
Enjoy the beautiful California weather outside in the large backyard. The space offers a covered patio with lots of seating under bistro lighting; the perfect place to sip a cup of coffee, drink a cocktail or watch the kids as they play in the yard.

The yard itself is separated into two different areas providing lots of space to allow the kids to run & play. There is a sand & paved portion of the yard that is divided by a partial fence that opens into a larger dirt lot.

Up front there is parking available for up to 2 vehicles with parking in the garage available as well.
